ChimneyServices.net connects homeowners with CSIA-certified chimney professionals and provides chimney cleaning, inspection, repair, lining, cap installation and masonry services across the markets we serve. Service availability, scheduling and same-day options vary by location and demand.
2. Estimates, Pricing & Payment
- Pricing quoted by phone or on the Site is an estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after on-site inspection if conditions differ from what was described.
- Additional work beyond the original scope will be communicated and authorized by you before it is performed.
- Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Scheduling, Access & Cancellations
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the chimney, fireplace and surrounding work area at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible. Missed appointments or failure to provide access may be subject to a trip or cancellation fee where permitted.
4. Inspections & Reports
Chimney inspections are performed to applicable industry standards (such as NFPA 211 levels 1–3). An inspection reflects the condition of the chimney as observed on the date of service and within the scope selected. It is not a guarantee against future defects, concealed conditions or events occurring after the inspection.
5. Warranties & Disclaimers
We perform Services in a professional and workmanlike manner. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement or invoice, the Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any manufacturer warranties on installed parts (such as liners or caps) are provided by the manufacturer, not by ChimneyServices.net.
